Wait times may differ between self-referrals and primary care provider (PCP) referrals. Self-referrals are typically booked at the time of submission, whereas PCP referrals are received unbooked and require administrative processing. Our team must contact patients directly to schedule these appointments, which may result in longer wait times for PCP-referred clients.
